Admission

Above N Beyond Community & Human Services. will provide In-Home Services to youth and their families referred to our program without regard to race, religion, sex or socio-economic background.  Specific criteria for services include, but are not limited to the following:

 •Youth is experiencing behavior management problems in the home, community and/or school. 

•Youth is receiving failing grades and is not compliant with school attendance policy. 

•Youth and family express a desire to participate in the treatment process. 

•Youth and family will make themselves available a minimum of five (5) hours per week for therapeutic and counseling sessions. 

The family will be involved and participate in treatment plan development.  Individuals will be accepted into the program with the exception of those who exhibit the following: 

Actively demonstrating psychotic behaviors 

Actively demonstrating suicidal behaviors

Actively demonstrating homicidal behaviors 

Actively pose a threat to themselves or others  

Possible Referral Behaviors:

 Runaway 

 Sexualized Behaviors

 Truancy  

 Victim of Abuse/Neglect 

 Gang Involvement 

 Physical Aggression/Verbal Aggression

 Domestic Violence 

 Suicidality and self-harm
